The brief

WYCA is delivering a programme called SCIP - Smart Card and Information Programme.

One of the projects is the CHASE project.

The Customer Information Systems project is delivering the CHASE system (Customer Hubs and Service Experience), which is designed to enable WYCA's customers to have a seamless, comprehensive experience of interacting with WYCA, whether for feedback, information, passes application, replacement, renewal and purchase of tickets.

A central system, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM2015 online, allows customers to manage their own accounts and for front line staff to support them effectively no matter when or how they contract Metro (the public facing side of WYCA).

The CHASE system will be available to any customers of WYCA/WYTco (West Yorkshire's public transport ticketing company) services.

WYCA is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 consultant to assist both WYCA and Yorcard with best practice advice around varying aspects of our CRM development.
