The brief

Please view the updated ITT document for details.(The Authority has a requirement for the provision of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training.

The proposed agreement shall be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for 2 individual 12-month periods.

The successful Service Provider shall provide high quality CBT training at an introductory level incorporating the principles and practices of CBT to Defence Medical Services (DMS) healthcare personnel.

The Service Provider shall provide training up to 2 courses per annum to 25 clinicians at a time at Lichfield, Brize Norton, Defence Academy Shrivenham and other locations within the UK mainland, which will comprise of 7 days delivered as 5 days plus 2 follow-up days.

When requested, supervision for 10 sessions per fortnight and a minimum support for 2 cases via tele-conference or Skype for business.

Cyber Security: The MOD has a duty to protect itself from Cyber threats and now we extend this to Suppliers we engage with.

As an extension of the Government's Cyber Essentials Scheme the MOD, working together with Industry and other Government Departments, have developed a more robust Cyber Security Model, under the umbrella of the Defence Cyber Protection Partnership (DCPP).

All prime contractors must have the cyber security controls specified in DEF Stan 05-138 (Cyber Security for Defence Suppliers), as appropriate to the cyber risk level specified in the contract.

The Authority has determined the level of risk as Very Low - RAR-CP7W28NM as defined in DEF Stan 05-138.

In order to do business with the MOD you must have the cyber security controls required as shown above. <insert the appropriate criteria i.e.
