The brief

The purpose of this PMC is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, to establish how Aston University may design and deliver a Digital Employee Experience platform with the following overarching framework to guide: • Built on Microsoft Viva, which will be available to all staff and will fully replace the current staff intranet • Creating a new portal to access resources and information, integrating with a CMS (Drupal) to drive and manage the content. • Phased approach to development from a generic to personalised experience The PMC will provide an opportunity for Aston University (Aston) to obtain an insight into how potential suppliers might approach the delivery of this service and gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market.

The intention is to review the responses from the market, to support the development of any future specifications or requirements.
