Contract for: Landscaping Works, Park Gerry, Camborne for Camborne Town Council

Scope of this Work: The landscaping work around the concurrent building works to the pavilion building and skate park (by others) Key elements of this requirement include: 1.1 Groundworks: Cutting and filling across the site to form landscape features, including earth mounding along the eastern boundary to screen the skate park.

1.2 Remediation: Removing contaminated soil and capping part of the northwest corner with clean, imported material.

1.3 Pathways and Seating: Creating new paths, pavements, and seating areas across the site.

1.4 Parking Areas: Establishing two new car parking areas.

1.5 Play Features: Installing play features, a natural play area, and outdoor gym equipment.

1.6 Landscape Furniture: Installing benches, bins, and a bespoke gateway art feature.

1.7 Pavilion Surroundings: Installing pavements and furniture around the new pavilion building.

1.8 Soft Landscaping: Seeding, planting, and tree planting, including soft landscaping around the skate park.

1.9 Maintenance: Establishing and maintaining the landscaping for one year.
