Cumbria County Council is aiming to support the provider market to develop the supported living required to meet the changing needs of the Cumbrian population.
We are seeking providers who are able to meet the eligible needs and, where appropriate, accommodation needs of citizens of Cumbria with: 1. a learning disability 2. a mental health problem 3. autism 4. a physical and/or sensory impairment.
From time to time as part of the commissioning process, the Council needs to re-contract providers of supported living.
As part of these new contracts, the Council is aiming to support the provider market to develop the supported living required to meet the changing needs of the Cumbrian population.
This Framework is open which means throughout the Term additional providers may be added to the Framework Providers.
When the Council elects to re-open the Framework it will advertise the opportunity online.
This Framework Agreement is for use by the following Contracting Authorities that exist on 08/02/2022 Notice Number 2022/S 000-003665 and any successor council as defined in The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Transfer of Functions, Property, Rights and Liabilities) Regulations 2008 to the following Contracting Authorities: Cumbria County Council Westmorland and Furness Council Cumberland Council
