The key elements to the tender are: • To work with the Audit and Risk Committee, the Board and senior management to review the systems that to ensure all major risks of the Association are identified, and analysed and mitigated. • To report to both the Audit and Risk Committee and senior management on the policies, programme and activities of internal audit. • To provide both senior management and the Audit and Risk Committee with an opinion on the internal controls in the Association.
