The brief

Durham University is seeking to appoint a supplier partner who has demonstrable experience at other UK Universities (or establishments of a similar size and structure) in the design and delivery of the proposed solution.

The partner will have an understanding of student recruitment and admissions processes and draw on this knowledge and expertise to correctly configure and setup: 1) Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support contact management and process workflows.

2) Applicant data integration with core University systems to optimise process workflows.

3) An integrated applicant/agent/staff portal environment.

4) Admissions process reporting data.
