This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits below the typical range for IT Services contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 36,449 valued IT Services tenders in our corpus.
Worcestershire County Council (WCC) is seeking to procure a person or company (the contractor) who can facilitate the audio/visual aspects of the Zoom Webinar at a number of Minerals Local Plan hearing sessions.
The contractor must set up a temporary "Zoom Room" at the venue, to be fully functional by 9th November 2020, and to be removed after the close of the hearings on 12th November 2020 or 13th November 2020, depending on when the hearings conclude.
The contractor must provide all necessary hardware and software, with the exception of the Zoom software itself and the laptop on which this will operate, both of which will be provided by WCC.
The contractor must also provide any personnel necessary to facilitate the Zoom Room at all times that the hearings are taking place.
The Zoom Room must enable remote attendees to take part in the hearings alongside those physically at the venue.
