The brief

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and Yorkshire (the Contracting Authority) who wish to commission a contract for the provision of 19 Health Needs Assessment Services for 19 Secured Estates in North East and Yorkshire.

The provision will be for a 12-month contract term starting 01 April 2023, with no option to extend.

Additional Information This quotation exercise will be conducted via the NECS e-tendering portal (In-Tend) as such there will be no hard copy documents issued to bidders and all communications between bidders and NECS, including quotation submissions, will be conducted via the In-Tend portal.
