The brief

This is a Call-Off Contract awarded further to a mini competition under Nottinghamshire County Council's Multi Provider CSE Framework Agreement (DN747717).

Call-Off Contract for Care, Support and Enablement services for a shared residential block consisting of nine newly renovated flats, located in the Mapperley area of Gedling (NG3 5QQ).

Each tenancy is intended for single occupancy for people who require support to live well in their own home, strengthen recovery, and build independence.

The Service is designed to support adults aged 18 and over who have a primary support need related to a mental health condition and who have been assessed as eligible for social care support under the Care Act 2014.

The estimated contract value attributed to the Call-Off Contract/s is approximately £1,550,200 per year, however this is not guaranteed.

Payments may fluctuate in line with changes to the shared and dedicated (1:1) support.

It is anticipated that the Call-Off Contract will commence in June 2026 and is awarded for an indefinite duration and has no fixed expiry date.

The contract shall remain in force until terminated in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the contract.
