For this requirement the Council is looking to appoint a suitable and sufficiently qualified bidder to provide such services in and around Cambridgeshire. \r Programme of work covers the building portfolio of 111 different buildings. \r The contract will run for a period of Twelve (12) months from the date of the commencement of services with an option to extend up to a period of Twelve (12) months.\r \r
