MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT - APMS CONTRACT IN LEICESTER CITY Midlands & Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (ML CSU) on behalf of the commissioners, Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (LC CCG), would like to invite providers to attend a 'Market Engagement Event' which will inform the market of the commissioners intentions to re-procure the APMS contract current delivered from the Community Health Centre in Melbourne Road, Leicester.
The aim of all the services is to deliver all essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients at the practice.
It is proposed that the terms and conditions of all the services, including tariff arrangements, will reflect those contained in Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contracts.
The main benefits and expected outcomes are: • Equity of access and quality of the service across LC CCG • Ensuring value for money and the most efficient use of available resources across the health and social care economy • Promoting and ensuring a positive patient experience • Aligning services to the GP Forward View The Market Engagement Event will take place on 7th February 2018 from 14.00 - 16.00 and will take place at St.
Johns House, 30 East Street, Leicester, LE1 6NB.
Please report to the fourth floor where you will be asked to sign in at the reception desk.
The Market Engagement Event will provide: • an overview of the service to be provided • details of the anticipated contract type, length and particular conditions • an overview of the procurement process and the anticipated timelines • an opportunity for you to ask questions and feedback on the presentations.
Places are strictly limited therefore reservations are restricted to no more than 2 persons per organisation.
