Digital Reception

North Star are currently undergoing a major digital transformation and as part of this project we have identified a need to enhance our current process for staff and contractors signing in and out of our Head Office location.

We are looking for companies to recommend and demonstrate solutions which provides us with a digital sign in to help improve the track and traceability of all staff on our site.

The solution would need to be able to track approx.

100 staff, be innovative, be user friendly and possibly take the following into account: o Multi use printer capabilities o Be able to do print outs for Fire Evacuations o Be able to print out visitor passes o Contactless staff sign in o Use of a QR code would be advantageous o Be able to link to Microsoft Active Directory o Notify Staff member on arrival of visitor o Notify Staff member on arrival of parcel / delivery o Possibility to act as a replacement to our current door entry system We have mapped out some of the key functionality along with it's priority on the below link: https://app.mural.co/t/northstar3386/m/northstar3386/1601838574770/76b52d720002c42e2d8f927923285b6bbd7162ed Interested parties are asked just to submit an e-brochure, any links to online demos, additional features, it's USP's and some indicative prices for us to review.

Closing date for submissions is 5pm on 15th October 2020.

We are then aiming to select a minimum of 3 solutions which we would like to invite to do an online live demo for our scrutiny panel on 20th October 2020 with the view of selecting one that we would like to go forward with.

In the interest of transparency this exercise is subject to budgetary approval and North Star reserve the right not to award to any party if the solutions are deemed not to be economically advantageous to the business.
