Zero Gravity (University Access) and Apprenticeship Support
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
Doncaster Council Previously funded the Zero Gravity to enhance its free access offers, under the Opportunity Area Funding.
Summary of Historic work and impact can be found within Background papers in section 4 of this decision record.
Currently the basic zero-gravity offer is available year on year but continues to benefit students who meet the eligibility criteria only (from low socio-economic backgrounds but are high performing at GCSE).
We have an opportunity to focus this work for Doncaster to expand to all year 12 students regardless of eligibility (estimated 1820 young people).
