Purpose of this Variation This Contract Notice serves to formally extend the duration of the existing Call-Off Contract between the Authority and Supplier.
The Terms and Conditions of Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Parties still apply but with the following amendments: a.
The Contract is varied to incorporate the updated wording contained within Schedule 20 (Call-Off Specification).
The revised Schedule 20 attached to this Variation Notice shall replace the existing Schedule 20 in its entirety with effect from 1 st July 2026.
All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
