Arun District Council (the Buyer) is seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced organisation to act as Managing Agent in respect of the Arcade, Bognor Regis.

The Buyer's requirements form two elements.

Element 1 incudes services Management Agent services required throughout the Contract in respect of The Arcade, Bognor Regis.

Element 2 includes various services as listed in Section 3 - Specification of this document, identified as 'per instruction' in the two right-hand columns of the tables in Section 3.

The successful tenderer (the Supplier) will be expected to provide services typical of management agents, for the site including (but not limited to) lease and tenant management, rent accounting, service charge accounting, and management of necessary service contracts all in accordance with the below schedule and Schedule 1 of Appendix 5 - Terms of Contract.

These form the Mandatory Services listed below in Section 1 - Fundamental Service Requirements and Section 2 - General Service Requirements.

How to obtain the Tender Documents Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sesharedservices/aspx/Tenders/Current.

The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting 'View Details' on the relevant tender advert and clicking the 'Express Interest' tab.

Once in the tender there are five tabs, namely 'Tender', 'ITT - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications' and 'History'.

Select the 2nd tab (ITT - documents) where you will find useful information under 'Tender Details'.

Continue to scroll down to the heading 'Tender Documents Received' where you will be able to view / download the documents.
