The Skills & Growth Company requires a web-based, fully hosted, business-focused Customer Relationship Management system for 50 users that will enable them to engage, interact and manage their relationship with businesses, inward investors, property agents, skills providers and associated projects.
The contract will cover the set-up period and 3 annual license periods which will terminate on 1st January 2019.
There will be an annual review of the contract after years 2.
