Older people day services to promote wellbeing and prevent the need for more costly health and social care intervention for older people aged 65 plus in Tower Hamlets by delivering a tailored service, including a programme of activities, to eligible residents of Tower Hamlets aged 65+.
Provision of services with a capacity of 30 places a day, Monday to Friday, with a maximum capacity of 150 packages per week.
Suitable premises will be provided by the successful bidder.
