Newlon Housing Trust, New Build Housing Consultancy Framework Agreement 2016 - 2020

Newlon is a not for profit, charitable housing association founded in Hackney in 1968 to provide local people with decent and affordable homes.

This remains our core mission.

In partnership with our Group members, we also aim to provide people with the additional care and support they need to live their lives as successfully and independently as possible.

We have three key objectives which we are aiming to meet by 2022: •To provide at least 2,000 new affordable homes for people in housing need. •To continue to improve the services we offer our residents. •To help 1,000 residents not currently in work into employment.

We have a well-established new build department who have a requirement for a framework agreement of Employer's Agents who can help us to deliver our targets for new homes.

We intend to offer this framework to other Registered Providers and Local Authorities in the London area who may wish to use it.

Due to the value of the overall service the contract will be tendered in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, using the Restricted procedure, which is a two part process.

Newlon will conduct the procurement process via our e-procurement web portal.
