The brief

The trust requires two mobile devices that allows ambulatory monitoring of bladder function.

It needs to be Bluetooth based, allow collection of data from two intra detrusor microtip transducers, one intra-abdominal microtip pressure tranducer, and connects to a uriloss pad to measure leakage and a flowmeter to allow pressure flow studies.

The part connected to the patient needs to be lightweight and come with an appropriate carry case and should have event markers to denote walking, drinking, urgency, leakage and voiding.

The battery life must be at least four hours.

It needs to connect to an appropriate software programme that will graphically display all the pressure and allow for us to make subtractions, monitor event markers and assess pressure traces .

It must also have the capacity to allow us to change the scales as we are reviewing data.
