Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is looking to procure a lead provider to deliver the GM Working Well: Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (WW: IPSPC) service for Greater Manchester residents.
The service, funded by the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP), will provide support for 1,500 GM residents between 31st July 2023 to 31st March 2025 (with provision to extend the contract on a 1+1+1 basis subject to performance and funding).\\r\r The WW: IPSPC service will sit within the GM Working Well suite of programmes and delivery is expected to take place in co-locations within a range of primary and community NHS health services and professionals.
Participants will come from two distinct cohorts:\\r\r Out of work participants who require assistance and support to move into competitive employment; and\\r\r In work participants who are off sick or struggling in the workplace due to their disability / health condition.\\r\r \\r\r Referrals to the programme will start in August 2023 and end in November 2024.\\r\r
