Midland Heart is inviting Contractors to join its DPS for Repairs and Maintenance Services to support its in house General Repairs function to void and non void properties for the next 2 years.

The services to be procured under the DPS are to be as follows - General Building Services Electrical Services Roofing Services Scaffolding Services UPVC Window and Door repair and replacement Drainage Services Clean and Clearance of Void Properties Specialist Damp Works The anticipated total spend across these areas will be in the region of 7,500,000 GBP per annum.

Browse the DPS Applications and look for Midland Heart Property Services DPS Complete your application on line.

When you have answered all mandatory questions you will be able to Submit your application.
