The brief

Midland Heart requires a full and robust treatment plan.

A treatment plan should be a MINIMUM of 3 years herbicide treatment and up to a maximum of 5 year (Dependant of severity of infestation), 2 years monitoring programme post treatment and a 5 or 10 year guarantee following the monitoring.

The Contractor will be required to provide a service to carry out a full site survey and programme of works to treat Japanese Knotweed, Giant Hogweed and any other Injurious or Invasive Weeds at Midland Heart properties where required.

The Contractor will be expected to provide photographic evidence and a report to detail what chemicals were used (including application rates and spray records).

The Contractor will also be expected to provide visit recording and documentation to support the plan.

Midland Heart will require a copy of the certificate of guarantee for the site once works are completed.
