Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the Authorities) will be embarking on the re-procurement of Home Care Services.
The local authorities want to Develop a new, innovative, and sustainable model for home care as part of a new commissioning strategy.
We want the market to help support and develop: - The Council's intentions to delivering on its Direct Payment Strategy to enable people who want to self-direct and manage their own care and support. - Develop a new, innovative, and sustainable model for home care as part of a new commissioning strategy - Understand the market's readiness for digital delivery of care coordination, payments system for care, onboarding of providers, digital quality assurance and how the use of technologies can support greater independence.
The City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea anticipate the publication of the formal Invitation to Tender in Feb 2024.

This event will provide an opportunity to discuss the proposed service models and how the service will be delivered and developed in the future.
