GB-Salisbury: Pharmaceutical In Vitro Protein binding and blood partitioning Study
This sits below the typical range for Medical Equipment & Pharmaceuticals contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 9,456 valued Medical Equipment & Pharmaceuticals tenders in our corpus.
The project is developing a medicinal product.
As such it is planned to administer the two active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) of interest to humans in clinical trials.
To maximise the understanding of how these APIs behave when administered to humans it is important to gain knowledge of their binding to plasma proteins and blood components.
The results from these assays will be used to improve the understanding of the pharmacokinetics of these drugs as the project progresses.
This requirement is for the in vitro assessment of plasma protein binding and whole blood to plasma ratio of the two APIs being developed in this project separately and in combination.
