NHS Sheffield CCG and Sheffield City Council: Care at Night Service
Sheffield City Council and NHS Sheffield CCG are seeking providers for a Care at Night service that will support people with eligible needs to remain safe and well in their own home during the night.
The Service will be flexible and responsive, delivered by a Provider empowered to take proactive action to ensure eligible needs and desired outcomes are met.
The responsible Provider will deliver an efficient, flexible service which is responsive to changes in demand and ensures capacity is utilised effectively.
Care visits will be provided between the hours of 23.00 and 06.00, 7 days per week, 365 days a year.
The Contract to be entered into by the Authority and the successful Bidder will be formed from the Standard NHS Contract.
The Contract will be for a term of Three [3] years with the opportunity to extend for up to a further 24 months subject to mutual agreement between the successful Bidder and the Authority.
The maximum term of Contract is consequently Five [5] years.
There is no mandatory annual uplift for this Contract however any review of the Contract will take into account all relevant factors impacting upon delivery of services, including financial costs.
The fixed price for this service is £16 per hour, subject to contractual uplifts being agreed 2019/20.
