The North West London Radiology Network (NWL) acting through Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (Authority) comprising of the following Trusts: London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust).

The framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years with an option to extend for 1 year, from which contracts will be for a primary period of 4 years with option to extend e.g.

4 years + 3 years + 3 years, extension periods will be decided by the Trust via the Authority and maximum contract length will be for 10 years.

At the sole discretion of the participating organisation should no award be made the participating organisations will not be liable for any bid or aborted costs and reserve the right not to make any contractual award.
