HCC Feb 2023 - The Provision of an Advocacy and Independent Visitors Service for Hertfordshire Children and Young People
Hertfordshire County Council are out to tender for The Provision of an Advocacy and Independent Visitors Service for Hertfordshire Children and Young People.
Hertfordshire Children Looked After (CLA) and Safeguarding Commissioning service (including Hertfordshire Participation Service and Young Commissioners) wish to commission an Advocacy service to empower children in order to make sure their rights are respected, and views are heard.
The service is expected to be delivered in line with the National Standards for The Provision of Children's Advocacy.
The provider will be expected to deliver advocacy services to Hertfordshire CLA, children subject to Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) Plans, whether residing in or outside of Hertfordshire, and to effectively triage referrals in order to maximise the contract value.
Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed.
