The London Borough of Havering (LBH) is inviting quotes from specialist providers to deliver first aid interventions within its Romford Safe and Sound Night Time Economy (NTE).
The street triage provisions will be delivered on a Friday/Saturday, festive periods and as requested Bank Holidays and on events between the hours of 10pm and 4.30am.
