Clinical Safety Risk Assessment Services are required to complete and manage clinical risk, risk assessments and Data Coordination Board (DCB) documentation in order to meet legal requirements in support of Medical Information Systems (Med IS), CORTISONE and Healthcare Improvement Programmes (HIPs).

The Contractor shall complete all the phases of work within the time specified and shall form the Deliverables at Annex A DELIVERABLES SERIAL DELIVERABLE ACTION PAYMENT MEASURE BY WHOM BY WHEN 1 DMS CSO Structures Discovery Phase - Review Current DMS CSO OP Model Structures and provide draft blueprint When 100% of the work has been completed and confirmed by the Authority's DO Contractor No later than the 31st March 2023 2 Review and agree delivery of outputs from backlog Discovery Phase - Provide an agreed schedule of works against the DMS backlog of works When 100% of the work has been completed and confirmed by the Authority's DO Contractor No later than the 31st March 2023 3 Clinical Assessments Discovery Phase - Deliver the agreed schedule of works in priority order.
When 100% of the work has been completed and confirmed by the Authority's DO Contractor No later than the 31st March 2023 4 Training Courses Discovery Phase - Deliver at least one training course to MoD personnel which has the aim to expand the DMS knowledge and practices.
When 100% of the work has been completed and confirmed by the Authority's DO Contractor No later than the 31st March 2023 Note: All deliverables to have been delivered and endorsed by end date of Contract
