The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (The Authority) has a requirement for the provision of M&E and Building Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across the Warwickshire Police (The Force) estate.
The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with options to extend.
Due to reactive element value is estimated and based on previous spend.
Service objectives include o Provide a safe working environment for officers, staff and visitors. o Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, internal standards, and industry best practice requirements. o Maximise the useful life span of the building, plant and equipment. o Optimise the sustainability of the estate. o Ensure value for money in the delivery of services.
The scope of the requirement includes but shall not be limited to: o Planned Maintenance of mechanical & electrical services. o Statutory Maintenance. o 24/7 Reactive Maintenance Service. o Building Fabric Maintenance. o Minor Building Works Projects. o Support to Minor Office Moves. o Equipment, Materials and Consumables Management. o Documentation & Record Keeping.
