Provision of Domestic and Commercial Lifts
Liverpool Mutual Homes (and its subsidiary's) own approximately 15,000 homes throughout the City of Liverpool, and manage lifts within their commercial properties also.
Liverpool Mutual Homes are seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide Maintenance and Repairs to both its Lifts within Commercial property, and its Lifts within Domestic property.
The contract will be split into 2 Lots, however, contractors are encouraged to submit a response to all Lots they feel they are capable of meeting the standards requested.
Each Lot will be evaluated independently.
The Lots will be split as follows: Lot 1 - Maintenance and Repair of Lifts within Domestic Property Lot 2 - Maintenance and Repair of Lifts within Commercial Property Evaluation Criteria: XXXXXXXXXXX Contract Term The Contract Term will be an initial 36 months from the Contract Start Date (indicatively, 2nd November 2015), with the option to extend annually for a further 24 months The FINAL date for submissions will be 12:00, Friday 25th September 2015 You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates.
IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified.
Providers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadlines specified.
No submission shall be considered or accepted if it is received after the final closing date and time specified in the documentation.
For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final Submit button and will be based on the Due North Server time.
IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPONSE.
