WM2041 Communications and Behaviour Change Strategy and Plan WMCA requires: 1.
A strategy and plan for how it can most effectively communicate its ambitions and positively influence people's behaviour to achieve the region's net zero carbon goals by 2041, whilst ensuring we create a more equal, healthy and prosperous region.

Ongoing support with delivery of the strategy on a call-off basis from May 2021 with annual updates to the strategy.
WMCA has brought together colleagues from internal departments from environment, energy, transport, and communications and marketing to support delivery of this work.
The work to produce this plan includes: - Net zero communications - Behaviour change - Stakeholder engagement - Events - Funding - Visual identity and creative assets Further details of the requirement can be accessed at the buyers procurement portal.
