The brief

The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) is conducting a competitive procurement exercise to appoint one Service Provider from suppliers approved under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6187, Lot 4 Finance.

Award of contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the framework.

We are seeking expert support to work in close partnership with our Finance and Planning team, to design and implement a refreshed business planning process.

This new approach should be developed and embedded within the organisation ahead of the next planning cycle, which begins October 2025.

There may also be a requirement for continued support to help run the process effectively through to its completion.

Our goal is to renew and streamline our planning process so that it plays a more prominent and strategic role across the organisation.

The refreshed process should provide clearer strategic direction, enhance accountability, improve operational efficiency and establish a robust framework for developing a forward looking three-year business plan.
