PROCUREMENT PROCESS HAS BEEN ENDED DUE TO A CHANGE IN REQUIREMENTS.
Wolverhampton City Council (WCC) has a stock of circa 23,000 covering 13 designated archetypes.
These are managed by an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) and four Tenant Management Organisations.
The ALMO manages the majority of the stock with the current management agreement having 13 years remaining.
A successful backlog funded decent homes programme covering 90% of the stock has been completed in March 2015.
The Council wishes to commission a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a review and “Stress Test” of the resources and financial planning that underpin the 30 year Business Plan.
The consultant will need to be able to demonstrate appropriate Housing and in particular direct HRA experience and knowledge of undertaking such reviews.
