The contract is for the provision of minor roofing services and repairs only to the Council's housing properties.
Each task allocated to the successful contractor will be subject to a maximum value of £1,000.00 (excluding VAT and the costs of associated scaffolding, if any is required).
All roofing repairs that have an estimated value in excess of £1,000.00 will be subject to alternative quotations.
The Council does not commit to requiring any volume of services during the contract term.
