Children's and Adults Community Healthcare Services in Surrey

As stated in the original Future opportunity notice published in September 2015, Surrey CCGs and Surrey County Council combined intend to undertake a procurement process for the provision of adult community services and some children’s community services.

Information and networking events for potential bidders and other interested parties are being held as below.

Potential bidders and other interested parties wishing to attend should register by Friday 20th November 2015, by emailing: community.services@nwsurreyccg.nhs.uk with the following details: • Name of attendee(s) • Job title of attendee(s) • Organisation details, including address and contact details.

Please ensure that the title of the email contains the reference “Community services procurement Childrens and/or Adults event”.

The CCGs and Surrey County Council reserve the right to limit the number of attendees per organisation or to request that some who express an interest attend an alternative event.

This is dependent on numbers.

The indicative timescale for the procurement process is: •Information and networking event(s) for potential bidders and interested parties in September-November 2015. •Issuing of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) in January 2016 •Shortlisting of bidders based on PQQ evaluation in March 2016 •ITT issue in April 2016 •Notification of award of contract in August 2016 •Mobilisation and transition arrangements from September 2016 onwards •Commencement of services on 1 April 2017 All information is subject to amendment.
