The brief

The University of Derby is running a further competition under the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) framework agreement Reference Number: PFB4039SU.

3.1.

The following are within scope of this procurement: • Provision of cost effective Business Travel Management Services in line with the travel _2019 _specification of requirements 2019_11_13_111853 • Risk management • Knowledge, training and skills transfer as required • Ongoing support service • Account management including attendance at review meetings and provision of management information • Provision of added value as part of the contract provision. • Onsite at the University presence from The Supplier (covered by a lease agreement to be supplied). • Future development opportunities within the scope of this tender to allow the University to take advantage of any developments in this area of work which may assist in improving operational performance. • Provision of appropriate transport services dependant on the number of passengers travelling, including taxi, private hire vehicles, minibus and coach. • Rental hire of cars, 9 seat vehicles and minibuses for self-drive.
