Structural Repairs (Grassmoor)

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) working with and on behalf of North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to source a suitable contractor to undertake various structural works to 169 properties within North East Derbyshire.

The project will be led by the Rykneld Homes Regeneration Team who have a strong track record of delivering complex and customer/resident focussed projects.

This is an important project and bidders will be required to demonstrate their commitment to the highest standards of project management and work quality.

The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the works.

We will be seeking to appoint the successful contractor to the roles of Principle Designer and Principle Contractor (under CDM regulations 2015) for the duration of the works.

Contractors shall demonstrate a proven track record in the field of concrete repair.

We expect the contractor to be a member of the Concrete Repair Association.

Each contractor shall be accredited to ISO 9001 and BSEN 14001.

Comply with the health & safety and environmental requirements as required by current UK legislation and have accreditation to a recognised standard eg CHAS, OHSAS 18001 or similar.

Rykneld Homes Ltd will actively promote the use of the British Standard BS 1504 for Concrete Repair in the UK
