The brief

Homes England are delivering a strategic infrastructure on the Brookleigh scheme in Burgess Hill, West Sussex This package of works is titled Brookleigh Eastern End Drainage and Landscaping comprises the following: - Foul water Pumping Station and connection to the Fairplace Hill Pumping Station to provide discharge of foul water from plots being disposed to housebuilders.

Attenuation Pond P22 to provide discharge of surface water from plots being disposed to housebuilders.

Green Super Highway link and Bridge through to Freeks Farm, comprising a pedestrian and cycle link and bridge to connect the first Phase of the development to the remainder of the scheme.

It is anticipated the contract will start in April / May 2024 with a six-month Contract period.

The Form of Contract will be NEC4 Option A Design and Build.
