Southend on Sea Borough Council (SBC) is carrying out this procurement exercise in the form of an Open Tender for the Provision of Asbestos Removals and Associated Works, "the Works", on behalf and for South Essex Homes (lot 1a), Castle Point Borough Council (lot 1b) and Southend Borough Council (lot 2) under a Framework Agreement, "the Framework" in Lots, to establish Measured Terms Contracts, "the Contracts" for each of the three Contracting Authorities.

The procurement will also appoint Framework Suppliers to a Lot 3 for future mini-competitions for higher value removals requirements.
