The brief

This programme is designed to support participants who wish to develop a range of skills to explore their career aspirations.

Participants will have a variety of barriers that may include, Autism, physical and Special Educational Needs (SEND).

The blended course must contain a combination of music and information technology, along with the opportunity for participants to improve their Maths & English skills.

In addition; employability and social/life skills (such as confidence, working with others and resilience) will enhance the programme and meet the needs of all participants To Include: o Music software o Sound engineering o ICT at Beginners and Intermediate Levels o Maths and English o Life/social and employability skills Service Provider must: o include the price of transport within the quote.

Some participants may lack the ability to travel independently and will require daily taxi transport to and from the delivery venue. o Include the price of Lunches within your quotes. o deliver from a location in Sandwell that is accessible by public transport, outlining the planned delivery locations and venues to be used during the course; o adhere to health and safety rules and regulations being fully responsible for all risk assessments including external activities; provide PPE where necessary and report any accidents/incidents in a timely manner; o report on performance against agreed targets at a timeframe to be agreed and specified in the contract.
