You are invited to tender for the demolition of Vernon place and Dunstable Library.
The site comprises of two adjoined buildings, Dunstable Library and Vernon Place an old four storey building.
The Vernon Place block comprises a ground floor, first, Second and third floor.
It also has a basement plant room located and accessible via the back of the building.
Dunstable Library is constructed using block work and mortar with a reinforced concrete floor slab with and both buildings have flat roofs.
There is no existing boundary fencing to the site and as such it is surrounded by public footpaths.
There are some traditional lamp columns on the foot paths.
Site features include benches on the pavement with bins located next to them.
The footpaths are constructed using concrete paving slabs.
The road access at the rear of the building is also an exit route for the Asda Car park and also the Quadrant car park.
The same road also has a taxi parking area.

Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system.
Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
