The brief

Suppliers are invited to submit a costed proposal up to £20,000 to provide one to one and small group adult cycle training provision up to 30 June 2025 for participants referred through the Nottingham City's Travel Well active travel social prescribing programme.

Contract payments will be made on a call off basis applying the rates agreed against training delivered up to the maximum contact value.

Nottingham City Council in partnership with the Nottingham Place-Based Partnership has secured Department for Transport funding to deliver one of eleven national pilot programmes for active travel social prescribing (ATSP).

The programme is exploring how personalised and targeted approach through social prescribing can support a switch to more walking and cycling for local journeys for key groups who would most benefit.
