Through the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (known as YPO), Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Fire Authority (know as the Authority) is looking to replace its structural fire-fighting clothing (PPE) in its entirety.
You are invited to provide a fully inclusive price for the provision of goods and fully managed type service solution as detailed within this Invitation.
Schedules 1 and 2 and Background Information document may assist Bidders in constructing their offers.
Bidders should ensure that their response/information is submitted in accordance with the schedules.
Failure to do so may result in de-selection.
Each individual response must be numbered to reflect the Schedule Number and thereference number contained in the relevant schedule.
This invitation is in accordance with the YPO Contract No's 377 and 299, for a Managed Service for Firefighters PPE (to include care/maintenance) of leased items.
Please note that YPO's terms and conditions will apply to all products and services purchased by the Authority as a result of this Further Competition.
