Tender for Provision of Tree Surveys and Associated Works

We are looking to appoint a single nationwide supplier to undertake the tree surveys for those schools detailed in the Schedule of Tree Assets and Pricing Schedule attached.

We require all these surveys to be completed by 30 April 2023 The successful supplier will also be required to provide a quotation for any remedial work required on the trees but we reserve the right whether to accept this quotation and/or seek alternative quotes.

All contractor's operatives will be required to provide evidence of holding an Enhanced Dunning and Barring Service check upon arrival at the school.

Failure to provide this may lead to the operative being asked to leave and in such cases the trust does not accept any liability to costs for this aborted visit.

The Successful Tenderer will be required to complete and return the Contractors Letter of Assurance in accordance with the template document attached.

The supplier will be required to provide a report for each site including production of an asset list for each site, location map to reference to asset list, tree information (description, dimensions, tree health) , with a report on the condition of each tree, details of remedial work requirement and classification of urgency of work along with quotations for the work.
