PURCON 977 Catering EPOS System and Service - AWARD
The University of East Anglia requires the Implementation and commissioning of a new EPOS system and aftersales service for the Catering Department.
The proposed solution must consist of 33 till/portable devices (as defined), with the option of increasing/decreasing the number of outlets to support the University as the department evolves.
Led by the Head of Catering and Hospitality and with approximately 50 FTE, supported by a casual student rota, the department generates an annual turnover of £4m, whilst conducting over a million transactions for the same period.
Our outlets include formal dining, restaurants, coffee shops, kiosk, and hospitality functions.
