Advertisement for Site Visits - Liaison and Diversion (L&D) Services Provision for Worcestershire procurement

Advertisement for Site visit Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM CSU), on behalf of the NHS England - Health and Justice Team (the commissioners) would like to notify all potential bidders about 'Site visits' which have been planned to take place on Tuesday 16 May and Wednesday 17 May 2017.

These events have been arranged in connection with the forthcoming procurement for providing Liaison and Diversion services for Worcestershire region.

They will provide potential bidders with an opportunity to visit the sites where service procured needs to be provided from.

Details of the events as follows: Kidderminster Police Station*, Habberley Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 6AN Tuesday 16th May 2017 Details Timings: # Meet at the front desk at Kidderminster Police station, undertake security checks 2pm # 'Police Custody Journey' tour, followed by walkthrough of healthcare and related facilities 2:15pm # Leave Kidderminster Police station 3:30pm Worcestershire Police Station*, Castle Street, Worcestershire, WR1 3QX Wednesday 17th May 2017 Details Timings: # Meet at the front desk at Worcester Police station, undertake security checks 12am # 'Police Custody Journey' tour, followed by walkthrough of healthcare and related facilities 12:15am # Leave Worcester Police station 1:30pm *Please note that there is limited visitor parking at Kidderminster Police Station and no visitor parking available at Worcestershire Police Station.

Local car parks can be located near-by.

A maximum of one person per organisation is invited to each of the site visits The names of attendees must be sent to divyang.jagiwala@ardengemcsu.nhs.uk no later than 3 working days before the date of the site visit.

Last minute changes of attendee names will not be accepted.

Visitors must have photo ID; passport or driving license.

Any procurement conducted in connection with these events will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it is published.
