Priority 1 - Immediate maintenance work required to remedy H&S Risk Priority 2 - Maintenance work required within the next 12 months to prevent material failure Priority 3 - Maintenance work required within the next 3 years to prevent material deterioration Priority 4 - Maintenance work required within the next 3-6 years The works in Priority 1 & 2 will need to be carried out immediately.
The Contractor will need to price Priority 1 & 2 works as per the Condition Survey Reports.
Only this price will be carried forward to the Tender Sum.
Priority 3 & 4 will also need to be priced but won't be carried to the Tender Sum.
