​​Kingston upon Hull City Council has appointed Esh Construction Limited to undertake the services related to the strengthening and repairs of Drypool bridge, Kingston Upon Hull, through a NEC4 PSC (Professional Services Contract) Option E Contract for Early Contract Involvement (ECI) by a direct rotation via the YORcivil 3 Framework.The Phase 1 of the contract is anticipated to commence on the 9th July 2024 ending by the 13th September 2024
